Unpulse
Privacy
Unpulse is currently in preparation and beta. These privacy notes describe the current website and outline the data processing planned for the app. The final privacy policy will be completed before public launch.
Current status
This page is a pre-launch notice. It explains what the current website processes and which privacy principles are planned for the future app.
What the website currently processes
- Email address for the waitlist
- optional name, if provided
- contact form contents when you write to us
- technical metadata such as time, language, source, and user agent for security and error analysis
How we use this data
- early-access and beta information
- replying to contact requests
- protection against spam and abuse
- improving the website and onboarding flow
Planned app data
The future app may create additional data, for example account data, focus sessions, Pomodoro usage, daily metrics, streaks, tags, settings, and optional community or comparison data.
Analysis and improvement of the focus system
Unpulse should be able to evaluate usage and focus patterns to improve the Focus Score, recommendations, and product features. Data minimization, transparency, and user control should remain central principles.
Where possible, analysis should use aggregated or pseudonymized data. Especially sensitive data such as detailed device or Screen Time information should not be transferred or exposed unnecessarily.
No ads, no data brokers
Unpulse is not planned as an advertising product. We do not sell personal data to data brokers.
Storage and service providers
We use service providers for hosting, database, and email operations. These currently include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and backend, and iCloud/Apple for the domain email setup.
